2010 Legislative Update

Our newest educational event, the 2010 Legislative Update treats our clients, prospects and members of our Professional Advocate Network to an update on proposed and recently implemented legislation.

As we enter the new decade, 2010 is bringing more and more significant legislative changes than we have seen in years.  The scope of these changes, both implementend and proposed, will affect every household in America.  Areas that will be impacted include estate tax, healthcare reform, retirement, income and capital gains taxes, financial services reform and Roth IRA conversions.  As a result, we believe it is appropriate to bring in an expert with a unique economic and legislative perspective to discuss areas which will impact this year's planning strategies for our clients and their family and friends.
